Tom Miller

Tom Miller, MBA brings decades of experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing, retail operations, and business strategy to One Team One Dream Solutions. After earning his MBA in 2010, Tom has helped businesses grow through strategic planning, creative marketing, and a passion for solving complex challenges. He's equally comfortable analyzing Amazon data, negotiating with suppliers, or designing marketing materials in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.

When he's not helping brands win on Amazon, Tom enjoys playing guitar, walking his two dogs, Luke and Walter, and insisting he's the better pickleball player—despite Aaron occasionally claiming otherwise. Fortunately, Amazon rankings are much easier to measure than pickleball scores.

Aaron Pyka

Aaron Pyka has spent more than 15 years learning everything he can about Amazon's algorithms, SEO, and marketplace tools—because someone has to figure out what Amazon is thinking. A graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Engineering, Aaron's passion for building businesses quickly outgrew the engineering world. Today, he balances multiple ventures, including Community Gardens in Bastrop, Texas, a thriving destination that combines small businesses, events, and community under one roof.

At home, Aaron is proudly outnumbered as a husband to Autumn, a dad to three amazing daughters, and a devoted owner of Bubby, the family's four-legged supervisor. When he finds free time, you'll usually find him on the pickleball court trying to convince Tom that one of these days he'll start keeping score correctly. So far, the debate continues.

Manufacturer Expert, Warehousing & Sourcing

Ed Glatt

Ed Glatt brings decades of manufacturing expertise and hands-on product development experience to One Team One Dream Solutions. As the owner of a plastic injection molding company in the Chicago area, Ed oversees everything from manufacturing and warehousing to packaging and bringing new product ideas to life. With a background in graphic design as well, he understands that successful products require both quality engineering and strong visual presentation.

Outside of work, Ed has been happily married to his wife, Kelli, for more than 20 years and is the proud father of two sons. While he has wisely chosen to stay out of the ongoing Tom vs. Aaron pickleball rivalry, he'll gladly leave them both behind on the disc golf course. And if you can't find Ed at work or on the fairway, there's a good chance he's at a craps table—the casino game, not the dance move—hoping the dice are as productive as his manufacturing operation.
